
President Tinubu leaves Japan for Brazil to begin State Visit on August 24

The President attended the opening ceremony and plenary session of the Ninth Tokyo International Conference on African Development (TICAD9) on August 20.
He also held high-level bilateral meetings during the visit in Japan.

President Tinubu left Abuja on August 15, with a brief stopover in Dubai, before arriving in Yokohama on August 18.

Engagement with Nigerian community in Japan
On Thursday night, Tinubu met with the Nigerian diaspora in Japan for an interactive session.
