LONDON (EPICSTORIAN)— A coalition of European nations has outlined steps toward a possible peace deal in Ukraine, reinforcing their commitment to Kyiv as questions grow over U.S. support.
Leaders from 18 allied nations met in London on Sunday, pledging to increase defense spending and explore security measures to protect any truce.
