Tinubu directs immediate resumption of professor Nenibarini Zabbey as the HYPREP coordinator
Professor Nenibarini Zabbey has been reinstalled as the coordinator of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) by president Bola Tinubu, said the presidency.
Zabbey’s re-installation as the Coordinator of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project (HYPREP) was authorised by president Tinubu following an independent assessment of his performance in the past few years of service.

The report read: “The President reached the decision following a performance review of the HYPREP Project Coordinator and concluded that the Project Coordinator is fit to discharge his functions in accordance with the regulations guiding the execution of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project.

According to the State House report, the president directed that professor Nenibarini Zabbey should immediately resume his primary duties as the project coordinator.

“By the directive of the President, the reinstatement of the Hydrocarbon Pollution Remediation Project Coordinator takes immediate effect,” it added.
