(EPICSTORIAN) — Justin Bieber has spoken out against growing speculation about his health after recent public appearances led to concerns over his well-being.
His representative dismissed claims of drug use, stating that the singer is in a strong place, balancing fatherhood and his music career.
“The recurring narrative that Justin is using hard drugs is absolutely not true,” his representative told TMZ. “He is actually in one of the best places in his life.”
Public concern grew after Bieber was seen in New York looking visibly tired, with red eyes and dark circles.
His team, according to a report , explained that long nights in the recording studio and caring for his six-month-old son, Jack Blues, contributed to his appearance.
Major life changes have shaped Bieber’s recent months. Several close friendships and business relationships ended as he focused on personal growth. Prioritizing marriage, fatherhood, and creative work, he has found the ongoing rumors about his health draining.
Reports of drug use were labeled “exhausting and pitiful” by his representative, who criticized the persistence of negative narratives despite clear evidence to the contrary.

Justin Bieber Shuts Rumors
Bieber has previously shared his struggles with substance abuse. Marijuana use began at 12 or 13, eventually escalating to harder drugs.
In a YouTube documentary, he revealed that addiction once reached a life-threatening level. Security regularly checked on him at night, fearing for his safety.
“I was waking up in the morning, popping pills, smoking a blunt, and starting my day,” he recalled. “It got scary.”
Years of substance abuse took a toll. His former manager, Scooter Braun, described Bieber’s late teens as a difficult period where decisions sometimes had severe consequences.
“He’s gone through a lot in a short life,” Braun said. “Sometimes young people make the right choices, sometimes they don’t.”
Hailey Bieber has previously suggested that anxiety played a role in her husband’s past struggles, leading him to self-medicate before receiving a diagnosis.

Bieber has since spoken about overcoming addiction. A period of deep reflection pushed him to seek help, and faith played a major role in his recovery. At the height of his career, personal fulfillment still seemed out of reach, he said.
“There was all this success, and I was still sad and in pain,” he explained. “I had unresolved issues and didn’t understand why.”
Growing up in the music industry brought additional challenges. Bieber has spoken about the pressures of fame, the influence of those around him, and how his early years lacked the tools needed to navigate sudden stardom.
“There are people in this business who prey on insecurities and use them to their advantage,” he said. “You become an angry young person, jaded by the world.”
Stepping away from toxic influences allowed Bieber to reset. Sobriety became a priority as he built a new foundation centered on family, faith, and creativity.
