YOLA, NIGERIA – Atiku 2027 is gaining momentum as former Vice President Atiku Abubakar calls for a unified opposition to defeat President Bola Tinubu and the All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2027 elections.

Addressing supporters in Yola, Adamawa State, Atiku emphasized the importance of building a strong coalition under the Atiku 2027 movement to restore effective governance.

“The future of our nation depends on our ability to come together and take decisive steps toward real change,” he said.

Is Atiku Pushing the Atiku 2027 Agenda?

Speaking before a gathering organized in his honor, Atiku outlined what he sees as pressing national concerns, pointing to economic struggles, insecurity, and governance failures under Tinubu’s administration.

He argued that opposition leaders must put aside differences and focus on restoring public trust in leadership.

“Nigeria deserves better leadership—one that is accountable, inclusive, and focused on the people’s needs rather than political elites,” he said.

Mobilizing Political Support

Atiku commended Senator Elisha Ishaku Abbo for spearheading the event and called on political allies to strengthen grassroots mobilization ahead of the elections. He urged those in attendance to prioritize national interest over party rivalries.

Senator Abbo, in his remarks, pledged unwavering support for the movement.

“This is about rescuing Nigeria from failed leadership and ensuring that the will of the people prevails,” he stated.
